Wisdom Tooth Removal
3D-planned assessment and removal, with sedation available.
Not every wisdom tooth needs to come out. When one is impacted, repeatedly infected, decayed beyond repair or damaging the tooth in front of it, removal is the right call — and better done sooner than later.
We assess with 3D cone-beam imaging so we can see the root shape and exactly where the tooth sits relative to the nerve in the lower jaw and the sinus above. That is what turns a removal from a guess into a plan.
Sedation options are available, up to and including general anesthesia, which many patients prefer for a surgical extraction or for all four at once.

Common questions
Wisdom Tooth Removal
Do they all need removing?
No. A wisdom tooth that has erupted straight, functions in your bite and can be kept clean should be left alone.
How long is the recovery?
Swelling peaks around day two or three and settles over roughly a week. Plan a quiet couple of days, particularly after a surgical extraction.
Can I be asleep for it?
Yes. We offer sedation options including general anesthesia — see our general anesthesia page for how those days run.
