Night Guards & Sports Guards
Custom-fitted appliances that protect teeth from grinding and from impact.
Two very different problems, one solution: a custom appliance made from a digital scan of your own teeth. One protects you from yourself at night; the other protects you from the game.
Grinding and clenching — bruxism — flattens enamel, cracks cusps, breaks fillings and sends many people to us with jaw pain and morning headaches. A night guard does not stop the habit, but it puts a replaceable layer between your teeth and absorbs the load.
Sports guards do a different job: they cushion an impact and spread it, which meaningfully reduces broken and knocked-out teeth. A custom guard scanned to your mouth is thinner, easier to breathe and speak through, and stays put far better than a boil-and-bite from a shop.

Step by step
What to expect
Scan
A digital scan of your teeth — no impression tray, no gagging.
Design
Thickness and coverage chosen for your grinding pattern or your sport.
Fit
We seat it, adjust the bite and check it is comfortable to wear all night.
Review
A check a few weeks in, because a guard you do not wear protects nothing.
Common questions
Night Guards & Sports Guards
How do I know if I grind?
Common signs are morning jaw ache, temple headaches, flattened or chipped edges, and sensitivity to cold. Often a partner hears it before you notice it.
Why not buy one over the counter?
Stock guards are bulky, loosen as they warm, and can worsen jaw strain by holding your bite in an unbalanced position. A scanned guard is fitted to your teeth and adjusted to your bite.
How long does one last?
Typically several years, less for heavy grinders. Bring it to your checkups and we will assess wear.
